Executive Producer and Director
John Condit
John was a sportscaster in Dayton, Ohio from 1985-1993 at WDTN and WHIO-TV, which is the top CBS affiliate in America for the station’s market share for news and CBS programming audience viewing. John went on to be an investigative reporter in 1993 before joining the sales team at the station. John is currently the General Sales Manager at WHIO-TV, now in his 36th year with Cox Media Group.
On September 20th of 2024, John secured the very last in-studio interview with Pete Rose with the primary purpose of exploring Rose’s thoughts and recollections on the historical night of September 11th, 1985, when “Charlie Hustle” became MLB’s all-time hit king, singling off of Eric Show. The celebration in the stadium went on so long that Eric “had a seat,” sitting alone on the mound as Cincinnati Reds fans celebrated their native son’s incredible moment in baseball history.
John and his wife Chris live in Springboro, Ohio, located between Cincinnati and Dayton and have five grown children and eight grandchildren.
